The Challenge: From Zero to Digital Hero

Inspire Life, a company focused on recruiting LIC agents, came to our social media marketing agency in Surat with a significant problem: they had zero digital presence. They had no social media pages, no online community, and no way to reach new agents through digital channels. This presented a huge challenge for our team at Aashish Digital. Our primary goal was to not only build a digital presence from the ground up but also to generate qualified leads that would convert into new agents.

Our Strategic Approach: Meta Ads + Organic Results

 

We understood that building a digital presence from scratch required a dual-pronged strategy combining both organic growth and paid advertising. Our team developed a comprehensive marketing strategy used by a digital marketing agency that included:

 

  • Establishing a Foundation: We created and optimized social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Content is King: We created a variety of engaging content to boost engagement and attract potential leads. The content was designed to resonate with aspiring LIC agents.
  • The Meta Ads Strategy: We launched a targeted lead generation campaign on Facebook and Instagram, utilizing five different ad sets with unique targeting parameters. Each ad set contained two distinct creative ads to see what resonated best with the audience.
  • The LNC Formula: We introduced the “Leads to Nurturing to Conversion” (LNC) formula to the Inspire Life sales team. We provided them with training on tele-sales and call handling, and we established a clear process for nurturing leads (e.g., categorizing them as “hot,” “cold,” or “no answer”). The key was to teach them to prioritize and follow up on fresh, highly interested leads as soon as they came in.

The Results: A Data-Driven Success Story

Our strategy paid off, demonstrating the power of a combined organic and paid approach.

  • Organic Growth: In the first three months, we successfully grew their organic following, gaining 13 new followers. What made this particularly rewarding was that not a single follower was from our team or theirs; it was all pure organic growth from our content efforts.
  • Lead Generation: Our paid lead campaigns delivered exceptional results.
    • In the first month alone, we achieved a total reach of 78,000 through both organic and paid efforts.
    • Our campaign generated 80 leads, with an additional 2 coming from organic efforts.
  • Quality Over Quantity: The most impressive metric was the quality of the leads. 75 out of the 80 leads were high-quality, with no one reporting they were not interested. This was a direct result of our highly targeted ad campaigns.

 

 

Conversions & ROI: In the fourth month, we generated 70 new leads. What truly highlights the success of this case is the conversion rate. On the very first day of the campaign, a lead came in and was closed on the same day. Within that month, a total of 5 leads were closed, resulting in an outstanding 7.14% lead conversion rate. This was a direct result of our updated ad strategy and the sales training we provided.
